Perut yg demanding...





Oh ye, dekat sebulan juga kami dah selamat pulang ke Malaysia. Walaupun the first 3 weeks agak kucar kacir dan lari segala jadual. Terkejar sana sini utk settle kan taska/nursery MH and IN, ops masuk rumah, social demands (jumpa sanak saudara, rakan taulan) n jet leg yg pasang surut serta exhaustion. Overall, it was not bad. Alhamdulillah, dah dkt 2 week juga dpt masuk rumah sendiri (walaupun menyewa). Nanti I share interesting story pasal rumah sewa we all ni ;) next entry. Plus, kanak-kanak riang pun dah leh terima kenyataan kena pergi nursery/taska...hehehe...wpun ada masa, drama pagi2 hantar tu ada gak lagi sikit2....

Kali ni nak focus of this entry ialah perut MH yg perlu extra care. Rata2 dah tahu pre-story berkenaan medical condition yg MH alami dr dlm perut I lagi..apart from his asthma and eczema. Pakcik kecik ni serba serbi kena extra care sebenarnya. Dari segi pemakanan, kebersihan, cukup ke x minum air etc. Bak kata Anyah, esok2 nak cari bini. Carilah yang jenis leh tahan akan kecerewetan MH ni...huhuhu..ada yg sanggup ke nak jadi menanti pilihan I nie? kwang kwang kwang....

Due to 3 weeks of being up side down routines, last week MH was diagnosed with acute gastric. At first, we thought it was just  a normal stomach ache and went to GP and  had been prescribed with related medicine. But for the next two consecutive nights, he kept on screaming and crying till early mornings because it was so painful and he cant bear it. We also went to KPJ Kajang in the middle of nights for check up. Yet, we were told to go home because the ward was jam packed with sick kids. After all, with the medicine given by them, MH managed to get a good sleep. Next morning, we decided that that this should not be prolonged and went once again to KPJ. Alhamdulillah, he was warded on that day.

Antara kesimpulannya kisah kejadian di atas, Muhammad:
1. Makan healthy meals (home cooked kalau boleh)
2. Tidak berapa sesuai makan makanan luar (banyak cap aji- naik- moto)
3. Balance diets (vege, fruits etc)
4. Drink plenty of water
5. perlu makan on time...

Jadi secara x langsung, I jadi seorang dietitian yg x bertauliah merangkap juga tukang masak amateur. Jadi, dapur segala barang dapur pun dah sampai...apa lagi...jom keletak keletuk ;)
